  Chairman and Managing Director
Mr. Mowling Tung
 

Mr. Tung founded TA Consultants in 1976 and has since served as the chairman. Under his leadership, the company has provided software services to clients in many different industries and evolved into an international software company specializing in banking software systems with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and China.

During the growth history of the company, Mr. Tung has served as the chief architect in creating innova-
tive development methodologies, tools and software products. The company has many prime custom-ers and completed many impressive projects. One example is a core banking system for ABN AMRO, which was deployed globally to over 60 countries using the same standardized software system. Professors, Suzanne Berger and Richard K. Lester of MIT rated the company as a 'world-class banking software house' in their book 'Made by Hong Kong'. Mr. Tung was amongst the 30 international partners invited to the Hursley CICS Laboratories of IBM UK in 1993. Mr. Tung was one of the two Asian repres-
entatives, whereas the other twenty two were from USA and six from Europe.

Mr. Tung has been an active member of the IT community. He had served on Advisory Boards of Comp-
uter Departments of the Hong Kong City Polytechnic University and the Lingnan University. A product of the company has won an innovative design award from the Hong Kong Computer Society.

Mr. Tung is now dedicating his full time to lead ecSolutions to live up to the company's vision.

Mr. Anthony O
 
As the co-founder and executive director of ecSolutions, Mr. Anthony O is responsible for the marketing and sales activities of the company. During his 30 years of marketing and sales career in the IT industry, Mr. O had held various senior management positions with IBM. Of notable significance, he was instrumental in the successful installation of online banking systems at HSBC Hong Kong, the Bank of China Group in Hong Kong and the Industrial and Commercial Bank in China, and set up IBM's first hardware and software joint ventures in China.

Mr. Kenneth Liu
 
Mr. Liu served as the Head of O&T of the Global Consumer Banking Division of Citibank Hong Kong, the Head of Advance Development Group-Asia of CitiCorp and the Global Head of O&T of Standard Chartered Bank. After his 20 years of services at various top-tier international banks, Mr. Liu joined ecSolutions in 2004. Leveraging on his own expertise and long-time experiences, Mr. Liu is responsible for overseeing and defining the future directions of company's financial software developments.

Zhao Xiao Yang
 
Prior to joining ecSolutions, Mr. Zhao served as senior Shanghai government official for 30 years. Mr. Zhao officially joined ecSolutions in 2004 and is responsible for the company's customer relationship with the executive level at SAFE headquarters.

Mr. Kenneth Tang
 
Prior to joining ecSolutions, Mr. Kenneth Tang served as the Regional Treasurer of Citibank N.A. Asia Pacific. Mr. Tang officially joined ecSolutions in 2004 and is responsible for the company's risk management and treasury product developments.

Mr. David F.W. Zee
 
Mr. David Zee heads the company's research and development team. He has had over 20 years of experience in managing many successful projects in different industries, including SCORE, a core banking system for ABN AMRO being used in over 60 countries. Mr. Zee is the key personnel to lead the company's technical development. Currently, Mr. Zee is personally involved in the design of the company's products, which include ecXML, ecERP, and ecAIMS.

Ms. Judy L.Y. Kwan
 
Being a MBA graduate from the University of Hull, Ms Judy Kwan has been with the group company since 1994, overseeing all financial functions and affairs. Ms Kwan is a Certified Public Accountant, member of CACA and HKICPA.

  Business Director
Ms. Terrie P.H. Tung
 
Ms Terrie Tung has been working in the group for the last eight years. She worked on the SAFE project for the last few years and successfully signed the deal in 2005. She is responsible for customer relationship and business development on banking solutions and SAFE. She graduated with bachelor degrees of economics and business administration, University of California, Berkeley.
